Custom car, containing his mother's ashes, was stolen while he was asleep 

The limited-edition Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Jailbreak was taken from his Winter Haven neighborhood.

A sign on the car's back windshield commemorated his late mother, Lorena Leonard.

Carter was relieved to find his mother's ashes in his mailbox on Tuesday, and he praised the thieves for returning them.
