Florida's average gas price under $3 a gallon

The average price of regular unleaded gas in Florida dipped below $3 a gallon last weekend, with the state once again below the national average.
The national average was $3.08, up a penny from a week earlier.
The state average Monday was 42 cents lower than a year earlier, with parts of the Panhandle having the lowest prices.
The highest average price was in the West Palm Beach-Boca Raton area.
